We are looking for a customer service representative to serve our commercial customer base. This is not a conventional branch job typical of most big banks. Business Bank of Texas has only one office and specializes in serving businesses. You will be working as part of a small and close-knit team in collaboration with executive management.
In addition to the expected work of answering phones, opening accounts, and answering customer inquiries, you will participate and be cross-trained in operational duties, including wire transfer and ACH operations. If you have bank customer service experience or bank operations experience and want to break out of the box, we would like to see your resume.
